How are the notebooks packed to prevent bent corners during shipping? We are experts in protective heavy-duty paper logistics! Every Serenvex journal and planner is vacuum-sealed in a moisture-resistant protective film to block humidity, then wrapped in dense, shock-absorbing cardboard edge-guards. Your entire order is shipped inside a rigid, crush-resistant outer box to guarantee everything arrives completely crisp, unbent, and immaculate.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. As soon as your package clears our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can track your package straight to your desk.

Will fountain pens or heavy markers bleed through your paper? No, never. Absolute bleed-resistance is our core manufacturing standard. Thanks to our ultra-thick, high-density fiber structure, Serenvex paper is specifically engineered to handle wet inks, fountain pens, calligraphy nibs, and wet highlighters with zero bleed-through or ghosting on the reverse side.

Traditional wood-pulp papers contain natural acids that cause the pages to turn yellow, brittle, and deteriorate over time. How should I store my journals to ensure long-term durability? To preserve the premium binding stitch and natural paper texture over time:

  • Store your notebooks in a dry, well-ventilated environment away from direct, prolonged sunlight.

  • Keep liquids and drinks away from your workspace, and avoid placing heavy damp items on top of the covers, as extreme ambient moisture can cause natural paper fibers to warp.

Returns, Exchanges & Quality Standards

What is your return policy? We want you to write with absolute joy! However, for strict quality control, pristine preservation, and safety regulations regarding fine paper assets, we enforce an absolute policy: we accept standard returns or exchanges only on items that are completely unused, un-written on, and unopened in their original, factory-sealed protective shrink-wrap pouches within 30 days of delivery. We highly recommend inspecting the exterior dimensions and cover colors before opening the factory seal.
